1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using SuperLead Pro (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Extension.
2. License & Permitted Use
SuperLead Pro grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Extension subject to these terms.
You are permitted to:
- Use the Extension to extract publicly visible business information for lead generation purposes.
- Export extracted data for your own business or client work.
- Use the Extension on the number of devices specified by your license tier.
You are not permitted to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Extension or your license key.
- Share your license key with other individuals or organizations.
- Use the Extension to build a competing product or service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension's source code for commercial redistribution.
3. Responsible Use of Data
SuperLead Pro extracts publicly visible data. You are solely responsible for how you use that data. You agree that you will:
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local data protection regulations.
- Not use extracted data for spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk communications that violate applicable law.
- Respect the privacy of the individuals and businesses whose information you collect.
SuperLead Pro is a tool. The responsibility for how the data is used lies entirely with the user.
4. Single-Purpose Tool
SuperLead Pro is designed for a single purpose: helping sales professionals and marketers find publicly available business contact information more efficiently. The Extension does not access your personal accounts, bookmarks, browsing history, or any data unrelated to its core function.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
All purchases are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing, you agree to their terms of service at lemonsqueezy.com/terms.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Extension for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@superleadpro.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
6. What "Lifetime Access" Means
"Lifetime Access" means you pay once and receive access to the Extension and all future updates for as long as SuperLead Pro is actively maintained. There are no recurring charges.
SuperLead Pro is an independently developed product, maintained by a solo developer. We believe in full transparency, so here is exactly what "lifetime" means in each scenario:
While the product is active: All Lifetime Pro users receive all feature updates, bug fixes, and support at no extra cost — for as long as the product is maintained.
If the product becomes temporarily inactive (e.g., waiting for a fix after a Google Maps redesign): The installed version continues to function locally. Your leads and data are never affected. No action is needed on your part.
If the product is permanently discontinued — for any reason, including if the developer is no longer able to maintain it — we commit to the following:
- Providing at least 30 days' advance notice via email and the website before any shutdown.
- Issuing a pro-rated refund to users who purchased within the 6 months preceding the shutdown date, if no reasonable replacement is offered.
- Making a best effort to ensure the final installed version remains usable in its local capacity (viewing leads, exporting, quick scan) even after active development stops.
We know that "lifetime" is a big promise from a solo developer. We take it seriously, and we want every customer to feel confident about what they are buying.
7. Availability & Updates
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Extension functional and up to date. However, because SuperLead Pro depends on the structure of third-party websites (such as Google Maps), we cannot guarantee that all features will work at all times if those websites change their structure. Lifetime Pro users receive all future updates at no extra cost.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SuperLead Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements. Your use of the Extension is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperLead Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Extension, including (but not limited to) lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
