Everything you need to know to export visible business results from Google Maps, check listed websites for public contact details, and export to Excel — all from a Chrome extension with no coding required.

Installation

SuperLead Pro is a Chrome extension. Install it from the Chrome Web Store listing when it is available.

How It Works

SuperLead Pro stores lead data locally in your browser. License activation uses the payment provider only to verify your key. Here is the general flow:

1. You search for businesses on Google Maps (e.g., "Dentists in New York").
2. You click "Export Visible Results" — the extension reads visible listing data and saves it to your local storage.
3. You click "Check Websites" — the extension checks listed business websites for public contact details.
4. You export the saved leads to a formatted Excel file with one click.

Maps + Web Mode

This is the primary mode. It has two phases:

Phase 1: Exporting visible Google Maps results

1. Go to google.com/maps.
2. Search for any business category and location (e.g., "Plumbers in Chicago").
3. Scroll down the results list to load more listings.
4. Open SuperLead Pro and click "Export Visible Results."
5. Set a result limit (5, 10, 20, 50, 100, or all visible results) and watch the progress bar.

The extension saves visible fields: Business Name, Phone, Website, Address, Rating, Review Count, and Category.

Phase 2: Website Contact Lookup

After collecting leads, click "Check Websites." The extension checks each listed business website and adds public emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok to your leads.

Quick Scan Mode

Scan any website you are currently visiting for contact info in one click.

1. Navigate to any business website.
2. Switch to the "Quick Scan" tab in SuperLead Pro.
3. Click "Scan This Page" or press Alt + S.

The extension checks the current page for public emails, phone numbers, and social media links, then saves a result row after you click the scan button. Duplicate detection prevents the same website from being added twice.

Bulk Import Mode

Have a list of websites you want to check? Use Bulk Import.

1. Switch to the "Bulk Import" tab.
2. Paste a list of website URLs (one per line or comma-separated).
3. Click "Import & Check."

The extension validates each URL, deduplicates them against your existing results, and checks them in batches. Invalid text is rejected.

The website contact lookup checks common public locations for available details:

Exporting Data

Click the "Export Excel" button in the footer. A modal appears where you can:

• Set the file name.
• Choose Excel (.xlsx) with a colored header row PRO or CSV (.csv) FREE.
• Toggle "Clean URLs" to strip https:// and www. prefixes.

If you have rows selected in the table, only those results will be exported. Otherwise, all filtered results are exported.

Filters & Notes

Filters (Maps Mode)

Click the filter icon to filter results by Rating (e.g., only show leads with 4.0+ stars) and Review Count (e.g., only show businesses with 50+ reviews). This helps you target only high-quality, established businesses.

Notes & Tags

Click the note icon on any result row to add notes. Use quick tags like Hot Lead, Follow Up, Contacted, or Not Interested, plus any free text. Notes are saved per result.

Settings & Speed

Click the ⚙️ settings icon to open the settings panel.

Map Mode

SuperLead Pro is designed for user-started Google Maps visible result export.

• Visible result export: Reads business data after you start the export.

Website Check Settings PRO

• Website Checks: How many websites to check at the same time (1-5).
• Page Load Timeout: Max seconds to wait for a website (5–30s).
• Delay Between Checks: Pause between website checks (0–2s).

Activating a Pro License

1. Purchase a license at Gumroad checkout.
2. You will receive a license key in your purchase receipt email.
3. Open the SuperLead Pro extension and click the settings (gear) icon.
4. Click "License & Pro" and paste your key.
5. Click "Activate." Your Pro features unlock instantly.

FAQ

Does SuperLead Pro store my data on a server?

No business records are sent to SuperLead Pro servers. Business data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in local storage. License activation sends your key to the payment provider for verification. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What happens if Google Maps updates its design?

We actively monitor changes and publish updates when needed. As a Lifetime Pro user, you receive all future updates at no extra cost.

Can I use this on multiple computers?

A standard license is intended for personal use on your own device/profile. If you change devices or have an activation issue, contact support with your purchase email.

Is collecting public business data legal?

SuperLead Pro saves publicly visible information — data that a person could manually review from a website or Google Maps. This is not legal advice. You are responsible for using the data in compliance with local laws including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
