Everything you need to know to extract leads from Google Maps, enrich them with emails and social profiles, and export to Excel — all from a Chrome extension with no coding required.

Installation

SuperLead Pro is a Chrome extension and takes less than 30 seconds to install.

How It Works

SuperLead Pro runs entirely inside your browser. No data is ever sent to our servers. Here is the general flow:

1. You search for businesses on Google Maps (e.g., "Dentists in New York").
2. You click "Scrape Leads" — the extension clicks each listing, reads the data, and saves it to your local storage.
3. You click "Get Emails & Social" — the extension visits each business website in the background and extracts contact info.
4. You export the enriched leads to a formatted Excel file with one click.

Maps + Web Mode

This is the primary mode. It has two phases:

Phase 1: Scraping from Google Maps

1. Go to maps.google.com.
2. Search for any business category and location (e.g., "Plumbers in Chicago").
3. Scroll down the results list to load more listings.
4. Open SuperLead Pro and click "Scrape Leads."
5. Set a lead limit (5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, or all visible) and watch the progress bar.

The extension extracts: Business Name, Phone, Website, Address, Rating, Review Count, and Category.

Phase 2: Email & Social Enrichment

After scraping, click "Get Emails & Social." The extension visits each business website and adds emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok to your leads.

Quick Scan Mode

Scan any website you are currently visiting for contact info in one click.

1. Navigate to any business website.
2. Switch to the "Quick Scan" tab in SuperLead Pro.
3. Click "Scan This Page" or press Alt + S.

The extension extracts emails, phone numbers, and all social media links from the page and saves a lead automatically. Duplicate detection prevents the same website from being added twice.

Bulk Import Mode

Have a list of websites you want to enrich? Use Bulk Import.

1. Switch to the "Bulk Import" tab.
2. Paste a list of website URLs (one per line or comma-separated).
3. Click "Import & Extract."

The extension validates each URL, deduplicates them against your existing leads, and processes them in parallel. Invalid text is automatically rejected.

Email & Social Enrichment

The enrichment engine uses a 4-layer strategy to maximize data found:

Exporting Data

Click the "Export Excel" button in the footer. A modal appears where you can:

• Set the file name.
• Choose Excel (.xlsx) with a colored header row PRO or CSV (.csv) FREE.
• Toggle "Clean URLs" to strip https:// and www. prefixes.

If you have rows selected in the table, only those leads will be exported. Otherwise, all filtered leads are exported.

Filters & Notes

Filters (Maps Mode)

Click the filter icon to filter leads by Rating (e.g., only show leads with 4.0+ stars) and Review Count (e.g., only show businesses with 50+ reviews). This helps you target only high-quality, established businesses.

Notes & Tags

Click the note icon on any lead row to add notes. Use quick tags like Hot Lead, Follow Up, Contacted, or Not Interested, plus any free text. Notes are saved per lead.

Click the ⚙️ settings icon to open the settings panel.

Visual Scraping Speed

• Careful: Safest. Longer delays. Best for slow connections.
• Balanced: Recommended for most users. Good speed with reliability.
• Fast: Higher speed. Best for fast, stable internet connections.

Enrichment Settings PRO

• Parallel Tabs: How many websites to enrich simultaneously (1–5).
• Page Load Timeout: Max seconds to wait for a website (5–30s).
• Delay Between Leads: Pause between each lead to avoid rate limits (0–2s).

Activating a Pro License

1. Purchase a license at superleadpro.com/#pricing.
2. You will receive a license key in your email from Lemon Squeezy.
3. Open the SuperLead Pro extension and click the settings (gear) icon.
4. Click "License & Pro" and paste your key.
5. Click "Activate." Your Pro features unlock instantly.

FAQ

Does SuperLead Pro store my data on a server?

No. All lead data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in local storage. Nothing is sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What happens if Google Maps updates its design?

We actively monitor changes and push updates to the Chrome Store. As a Lifetime Pro user, you receive all future updates at no extra cost.

Can I use this on multiple computers?

Yes. You can activate and deactivate your license key from the extension's settings panel. A standard license allows 1 active device at a time.

Is web scraping legal?

SuperLead Pro extracts publicly visible information — data that any person could manually copy from a website or Google Maps. This is generally considered legal (see the hiQ Labs vs. LinkedIn ruling). You are responsible for using the data in compliance with local laws including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
